Sanareg : Wodoodporny i anty-eflorescencyjny roztwór alkilsilanu do murowania

Sanareg Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Sanareg penetrates into the capillary pores of mineral substrates and reacts with the hydroxyl groups encountered in its path, forming an invisible water-repellent barrier that does not allow water to escape to the surface, leaving the transpiration to water vapor unaltered. Sanareg is an alkylsilane water emulsion, non-hazardous, non-toxic and VOC-free. The application of Sanareg does not alter the original wall breathability. Particularly indicated in combination with the cycle of natural dehumidifying plasters Untersana, Sanatigh and Sanastof. This also applies to Untersana, Caleosana and Sanastof. Non-film reactive liquid based on an alkylsilane emulsion dissolved in water to be used for the inhibition of saline efflorescence in the dehumidifying restoration of masonry, by spraying or applying with a brush with rigid bristles. Sanareg penetrates into the capillary pores of mineral substrates and reacts with the hydroxyl groups encountered in its path, forming an invisible water-repellent barrier that does not allow water to escape to the surface, leaving the transpiration to water vapor unaltered. Remove the soilings and saline manifestations by vigorous brushing; then eliminate any dust residue. Surfaces should be as dry as possible at the time of application. Apply Sanareg by spraying or with a long-bristled brush, proceeding from the bottom upwards. Remove any surface excess. When used as a preliminary treatment before a plastering cycle, apply the first coat of rendering immediately after applying Sanareg. Sanareg is water-based, which is why its effectiveness is not compromised even if the substrate is not perfectly dry at the time of application. Sanafast : Przyspieszacz ustawiania i utwardzania

Sanafast : Przyspieszacz ustawiania i utwardzania

Sanafast Sanafast is a specially formulated premix that, added during the mixing phase to our mortars (REPAR, GROUT, FLOOR, RINFOR lines) and to our natural hydraulic lime-based injection products (Sanafluens, Mikrosana), allows to accelerate the setting and hardening, with a much faster development of mechanical strength. Sanafast is formulated with a fast-setting binder and very fine mineral fillers, perfectly compatible with Portland cements, pozzolanic cements and natural hydraulic lime. Adaptation (acceleration) of the setting times of mortars and plasters, to be used when environmental and meteorological conditions would make them too "slow" compared to the requirements of use: for example in the winter period when temperatures are low. Careful dry premixing of Sanafast with the product for which an acceleration of setting and hardening times is always recommended. Sanafast can be mixed in any proportion with any hydraulic binder. Ringseal L19: Uszczelka gumowa hydroekspansywna dla dystansów kasjonowych ostrzy

Ringseal L19: Uszczelka gumowa hydroekspansywna dla dystansów kasjonowych ostrzy

Ringseal L19 RINGSEAL L19 is a rectangular gasket with a central hole of 19 mm x 2 mm, made with a special hydro-expansive rubber that reacts in contact with water by increasing its initial volume. RINGSEAL L19, used in combination with a normal metal spacer for moulds made of wood ("blade"), hermetically seals the discontinuities which could easily settle in the concrete due to the presence of the spacers; these discontinuities could in many cases pass from one side of the masonry to the other, and which then might seriously compromise the watertightness of the masonry itself. The hydro-expansive capacity of RINGSEAL L19 has been tested in the laboratory with three different types of water: demineralised water, salt water and water with strongly basic Ph (to simulate the conditions in contact with the concrete). The expansion tests showed a change in volume ranging from a minimum of about 200% (three times the initial volume) in the case of salt water to a maximum in excess of 900% in the case of demineralised water. In the standard version, the seal RINGSEAL L19 is sized for the usual measures of the blade caisson spacers, normally used in the construction industry: in this case with a width of about 20 mm, in the version straight/flat or "twisted" (designed to minimise the propensity to form deformities during the pouring of the concrete in the formwork). Subterranean construction of concrete by formwork in wood, where the wall is in direct contact with the ground and where there is the presence of waterproofing layers external to the masonry itself: basements, cellars, underground garages, underground environments and basements, etc. Place the hydro-expansive seal RINGSEAL L19 with the appropriate dilating pliers in central position with respect to the length of the blade caisson spacers (one seal for each spacer). Build the planned formwork using the metal spacer for wooden formworks thus prepared and proceed with the usual operations of casting the concrete. No. 1 Ringseal L19 gasket for each "blade" formwork spacer (average 6 - 8 pieces per square metre for wooden formworks of 2 x 0.5 metres). Small bag 200 unit

Syntech Primer EP-W: Bezrozpusťadlový dvousložkový epoxidový základ pro cementové povrchy

Syntech Primer EP-W: Bezrozpusťadlový dvousložkový epoxidový základ pro cementové povrchy

Syntech Primer EP-W Syntech Primer EP-W is a solvent-free two-component epoxy resin to be used as a bonding primer for applying all epoxy cycles on concrete surfaces and concrete conglomerates in general. Syntech Primer EP-W is formulated to achieve an elevated impregnation, consolidation and adhesion effect of the substrate. It can also be used on wet surfaces. Syntech Primer EP-W even penetrates deep into compact surfaces, effectively consolidating the support. It also has a great resistance to water and aggressive solutions whilst allowing water vapour to pass through. Promotes adhesion for epoxy coatings as well as for porous and deteriorated substrates, along with acting as a cement and concrete consolidation agent. The support on which the epoxy, polyurethane or methacrylic system is to be laid must be suitable for withstanding the stresses resulting from the intended use, such as static or dynamic loads, impacts, thermo-hygrometric expansion, vibrations etc. As regards the characteristics of the substrate (maximum humidity, cohesion, strength class, flatness, etc.) and the preparation of the surface that will accommodate the resin system, we recommend the requirements set out in chapter 5 of the UNI 10966 standard ("RESIN SYSTEMS FOR SURFACES HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL - INSTRUCTIONS FOR DESIGN AND APPLICATION "). In any case, carefully clean and degrease the surfaces, removing any kind of dirt, paint residues or incoherent parts. The humidity of the support must be <= 4%. Evaluate the most convenient type of mechanical preparation (shot peening, sandblasting, hydro-washing, etc.). The surfaces must also be free from discontinuity, and possibly leveled and regularized with products from the FLOOR line or the REPAR line or grouted with Syntech AS 21. In the event of the presence (even suspected) of humidity deriving from capillary rising from the substrate, it is recommended to apply the Syntech Pavidamp epoxy resin for "wet bottoms" beforehand. Tiled floors, or floors covered with pre-existing resin, must be subjected to mechanical roughening carried out with shot blasting, milling, bush hammering, etc., until the total elimination of the waterproof crust and the opacification of the surfaces. Remove dust after abrasion. Mix the two components, each in its own container, before combining. Pour component B into component A and mix for 3 to 5 minutes with a low-speed mixing drill to achieve the complete homogenisation of the mixture. The protective coating can be applied once the Syntech Primer EP-W is completely dry. Use 150 to 200 grams per square metre per coat, depending on the porosity and unevenness of the support. Repar Tix HG Bic : Dwu-składnikowy, wysokowydajny, strukturalny, tiksotropowy zaprawa włóknista

Repar Tix HG Bic : Dwu-składnikowy, wysokowydajny, strukturalny, tiksotropowy zaprawa włóknista

Repar Tix HG Bic Two-component thixotropic, structural, fibre reinforced cement mortar, with compensated shrinkage, with high intrinsic water tightness, and extraordinary physical and mechanical characteristics: adhesion, compression resistance, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, etc. Modified polymer mortar, with the addition of component B liquid, provided in canisters, containing special polymers in aqueous emulsion and hygrometric shrinkage reducers. Perfect for remediation of structural works and articles in degraded concrete and very high-performance coatings. After mixing the two components, Repar Tix HG Bic is perfectly workable with manual methods or with spraying machines. The applied and hardened material will have very high adhesion, durability, impermeable to water, with good vapor permeability, high physical-mechanical resistance (class R4 according to UNI EN 1504/3). The product contains migratory corrosion inhibitors in its B component. The thixotropic characteristics of the product allow excellent adhesion and easy spreadability on vertical surfaces, on the lower parts of beams, shelves or slabs, often even on structures indirectly subjected to light vibrations or dynamic stresses during application. It solves the problems of complex reconstructions or restorations, even on difficult-to-grip substrates and for a wide range of applied thicknesses: from a minimum of 3 mm (to be spread with a blade and finished with a trowel) to a maximum of 100 mm. and beyond, naturally in succession of layers of 25-30 mm / each. (for large thicknesses on large surfaces it is always advisable to provide a contrasting net on connectors fixed to the support). It does not require wetting or anti-evaporation protection after application. The superpozzolanic reaction of the peculiar reactive fillers contained in component A, the three-dimensional micro-armor provided by a balanced mix of READYMESH fibers, together with the special polymers and migratory corrosion inhibitors contained in component B, guarantee the hardened product very strong adhesion to the substrate, dimensional stability and maximum durability to environmental aggressions (from carbonation, acid rain, chlorides, sulphates). • Repairs and protective coatings of hydraulic works (pipes, dams, tunnels, etc.), offshore structures and artefacts in critical situations: chemical-physical aggressions, leaching water, marine atmosphere, etc.; • structural restoration of pillars, beams, floors and walls in reinforced concrete, including prefabricated ones, subject to high sulphate aggression; • volumetric reconstruction and bulking of concrete products with thicknesses from 1 to 4 cm, without the need for electro-welded mesh (the surfaces in this case must be appropriately hydroscarified with a roughness level > 7 on the ICRI _ International Concrete Repair Institute scale); • restoration of the cortical layer of the concrete and repair of the concrete cover detached following the oxidation of the reinforcing irons. Application surfaces should be clean, free of dirt, crumbling and non-adhering parts, dust etc., and saturated with water "saturated with dry surface". An adequate roughening of the surfaces by scarifying, sandblasting etc. is always necessary in order to obtain the maximum adhesion values to the substrate. The optimal values are obtained with high pressure hydro-scarification. Bare the irons undergoing disruptive oxidation or deeply oxidized, removing the rust of the exposed irons (by sandblasting or abrasive brushes). Pour component B (liquid) into a container (bucket or other) gradually adding and mixing component A (powder), continue mixing until total elimination of lumps. The optimal consistency of the product and the consequent physical-mechanical performances declared in this technical data sheet can be reached using 4.5 kg of COMPONENT B for each 25 kg bag. The excess quantity of COMPONENT B (0.5 kg) is particularly useful for priming the substrate, or for wetting the trowel in the final smoothing operation, or in hot and arid environmental conditions where the mixed product is kept at rest in the bucket it may require some light addition of liquid to regain its optimal consistency, thus avoiding uncontrolled water additions. Approximately 19,50 kg/m² of Repar Tix HG Bic for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1950 kg per cubic metre). Repar Tix GS: Reologiczny, strukturalny tiksotropowy zaprawa cementowa do dużych grubości

Repar Tix GS: Reologiczny, strukturalny tiksotropowy zaprawa cementowa do dużych grubości

Repar Tix GS A structural and shrinkage-compensated thixotropic cementitious mortar with a maximum aggregate grain size of 5 mm, consisting of high-strength cements, super-pozzolanic fillers, stabilising additives and high-tenacity polypropylene microfibres. The coarse grain of the aggregate and the excellent workability of the mortar render Repar Tix GS particularly suited to very thick volumetric structural restorations (with a depth of up to 50 mm per single coat applied) on reinforced concrete and masonry, even in environments with aggressive exposure (marine, industrial). It can be applied vertically or to the intrados of reinforced concrete structures, even of significant thickness, always in collaboration with the reinforcing rods, either manually or by spray, without the need for formwork and with wet curing for the first 48–72 hours. Repar Tix GS, the thixotropic structural mortar for significant thicknesses, can benefit from the addition of 0.25% of Fluid SRA, a special additive able to reduce both plastic and hydraulic shrinkage. Fluid SRA protects the curing of the mortar and, mixed with Repar Tix GS, can be considered as a technologically-advanced system able to reduce the rapid evaporation of water from mortar and promote the development of hydration reactions. Thanks to the interaction with certain cement components, Fluid SRA reduces final shrinkage by 20 to 50% compared with the standard values of Repar Tix GS prepared with the addition of water alone. For restorations, repairs, structural reclamations, reconstruction of concrete coverings, and the construction of reliable and durable coatings for construction, civil, hydraulic, industrial, concrete and masonry works in the event of extensive-thickness restorations. The applicative surfaces must be clean, free from contamination or any loose or detached parts, dust, and so on, suitably watered down until it is “saturated with a dry surface”. It is recommended to apply Consilex San consolidating realkalising agent to exposed surfaces in advance, prior to their restoration. Add two-thirds of the total mixing water (about 2.5 litres per bag) to the concrete mixer then gradually add the product and the remaining water until obtaining the desired mixture with a homogeneous consistency free from lumps. Ensure exposed surfaces are protected and wet-cured. Adding Bond HG to the mixing water (about 0.5-0.7 kg per bag of product) offers significant improvements in terms of adhesion, adherence, waterproofing, workability, malleability and deformation capacity. Approximately 19 kg/m² of Repar Tix GS for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1900 kg per cubic metre). Bag 25 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 25 kg)

Protech Sil Filler: Siloxan anti-pęknięciowe łóżko dla elewacji zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych

Protech Sil Filler: Siloxan anti-pęknięciowe łóżko dla elewacji zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych

Protech Sil Filler "Anti-crackling" basecoat based on siloxane water-thinnable resins, microfibre nylon, acrylic dispersions, fillers and specific additives, in a special highly water repellent mix ("lotus" effect). The special covering, filling (filler ) and vapour permeability capabilities, make it specific for renovating cracklings and small cracks, resulting from plastic and hygrometric shrinkage on existing plaster, before the next painting or coating with putty coat. The peculiar composition of Protech Sil Filler provides the performance of a real microporous filter, impervious to rain, it is exceptionally permeable to vapour: the "Sd" value is about ten times lower than that characteristic of normal acrylic paints. The product can then be applied on mineral media as well as on media treated with emulsion-based paints, providing a physical adhesion that is extremely permeable to vapour. Thanks to the physical structure of the binder, the silicone coating made with Protech Sil Filler, particularly resistant to light and weathering is even resistant to microorganisms. Renovation of vertical external façades characterised by significant presences of cracklings from shrinkage, also of width up to 1 mm. Regularisation of patches, of areas with different particle sizes and absorption. Particularly suitable for anti-cracking reclamation in buildings subject to protection as "cultural heritage". The support must be intact, dry and dust-free. Any biodeteriogenic settlements such as fungi, moulds, algae, lichens, etc. should be preliminarily tempered with specific products (CONSILEX ANTIMUFFA CLEANER and CONSILEX ANTIMUFFA). Where necessary it is necessary to provide suitable reinforcements with Sanastark. Static cracks exceeding 0.5 mm should be preliminarily filled with Fibrostuck. Apply at least 2 coats of Protech Sil Filler on the surfaces to be treated (about 125-150 g/m² per coat). It is recommended to "finish" the restoring treatment of the façade with the siloxane paint Protech Sil P. Apply from 0.35 to 0.60 kg of Protech Sil Filler per square metre of surface to be painted. Protech Oxicrom: Związek tlenku żelaza do barwienia betonu, tynku i farby

Protech Oxicrom Protech Oxicrom is an inorganic oxide/hydroxide based powder compound. Added in appropriate quantities and homogeneously distributed, it is ideal for the pigmentation of cement or similar conglomerates, plaster and paint. Protech Oxicrom oxides are available in yellow, red, brown, green, blue and black. Ferrous oxides have been used since ancient times for colouring paints. The main ferrous minerals from which the pigments are obtained are, of course, iron and its derivatives and compounds. The main colours of these pigments are dark gray/black in relation to ferrous oxide derivatives, and classic rusty red in relation to ferric oxide derivatives. Other more complex compounds may have colourings of yellow, orange, red and brown. Protech Oxicrom is ideal for the pigmentation of concrete for architectural and industrial floorings of washed gravel, shotcrete and exposed stone tiling, as well for the formulation of dyes and paints. The use of Protech Oxicrom ferrous oxide compounds is extremely simple: in the case of concrete, cements, mortars, plasters and so on, the pigment must be gradually and uniformly added to the mixer and mixed until a homogeneously coloured mixture is obtained. The indicative dosage of approximately 3-10% of the weight of the mixture to be pigmented should be varied according to the desired colour intensity. Add from 1 to 10% of Protech Oxicrom on the weight of the binder present in the mixture to the desired colour intensity. Bag 25 kg
Microsil 90 Grigio: Wybrany i zagęszczony szary pył krzemionkowy

Microsil 90 Grigio: Wybrany i zagęszczony szary pył krzemionkowy

Microsil 90 Grigio Selected grey silica fume for the production of high density and high performance conglomerates (waterproofness, chemical stability, mechanical strength etc.), for packaging sulphate-resistant, anti-leaching mortars, plasters, grouts and concretes. Microsil 90 Grigio consists of high purity (greater than 90%) silica fumes , selected, processed and bagged. Silica fume, the only component of Microsil 90 Grigio, is created spontaneously during the production of silicon steel (special and limited production). For all intents and purposes, therefore, silica fume is nothing more than particles of SiO₂ released during machining processes of silicon metal and iron-silicon alloys, in the form of very fine powder with vitreous structure (amorphous silica at 90-95%). These micro-granules, purified and selected, have a variable size between 0.01 and 1 μm, therefore much finer than cement granules, and are characterised by very high pozzolanic reactivity. Silica fume has been used now for over than 40 years all over the world for the fundamental improvement of rheological and performance characteristics of concretes, mortars and special plasters where they are introduced. Production of sulphate-resistant, sulphate-resistant, anti-leaching mortars, plasters, grouts and concretes , high performance in terms of watertightness, mechanical resistance, chemical resistance etc., in the realisation of civil engineering and hydraulic structures and works in marine, mountain, urban atmospheres etc. Microsil 90 Grigio must be poured into a concrete mixer subsequently to other solid components of the mixture: cement and aggregates. After mixing for about 30 - 45" add the mixing water, where possible with the addition of Fluid S, continue to mix until a strictly homogeneous mixture is obtained. Prepare test mixtures in order to determine the most suitable mix. From 10 to 30 kg of Microsil 90 Grigio for each cubic metre of concrete to be made. Grout Micro Fix: Rheoplastyczny mikromortar, wylewany, iniekcyjny, przeciwkurczliwy

Grout Micro Fix: Rheoplastyczny mikromortar, wylewany, iniekcyjny, przeciwkurczliwy

Grout Micro Fix The high-performance pourable micro-mortar Grout Micro Fix is a premix specifically intended for reinforced injection with the "sock" technique used for the consolidation of wall structures. Its particular composition has been designed to work in perfect coupling with the sealing sock and the threaded bars of the system, thus guaranteeing the main performance requirements required for this wall consolidation technique: easy mixing, high fluidity, injectability through the pipes injection even for long stretches, sufficient workability time, excellent mechanical performance even at short curing times. Grout Micro Fix achieves fluid and hyper-fluid workability even with very low water/cement ratios (< 0.4). thus resulting perfectly homogeneous, pourable, self-levelling and without water exudation phenomena. The very fine grain size of the aggregates allows the perfect filling of particularly narrow spaces and discontinuities (< 0.5 cm). The capillary absorption of the applied micromortar is very low, allowing great resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and washout. Grout Micro Fix achieves very high mechanical performance and is rich in microsilicas with pozzolanic activity and special additives which make it extremely durable even if positioned in particularly aggressive environments (due to chloride contamination in marine atmospheres). It is resistant to sulphate attack (Anstett test passed). The very fine binders, in combination with the special additives contained, allow Grout Micro Fix to develop exceptional values of adhesion to the steel and resistance to slipping of the bars with improved adhesion. When anchoring steel bars, the advantages of using Grout Micro Fix are: application also on damp supports (a situation that often limits the use of traditional structural resins); high resistance to high temperatures (for example in the event of impact and fire) thanks to the nature of the anchor. Reinforced injections for wall consolidation with the "sock" technique. Anchoring and fastening of bars with improved adhesion, threaded bars, recovery bars for integrative castings, tie rods, connectors (metal or GFRP). Filling of structural cracks on concrete and masonry with crack width > 5 mm. Drill the masonry with a diamond core drill (the diameter of the core varies from 50 to 80 mm depending on the diameter of the threaded bar to be inserted). Blow with compressed air and vacuum the dust from the hole. Mixing the micromortar Pour 2/3 of the total mixing water into the concrete mixer, gradually add the product and, subsequently, the remaining water, mixing until a homogeneous mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. Grout Micro Fix can be mixed with different consistencies, from plastic to self-levelling pourable. With 12-13% of water (3.0 – 3.25 lt/25 kg bag) plastic consistencies are obtained, with 13-14% (3.25-3.5 lt/25 kg bag) consistencies pourable, with 14-16% (3.5-4.0 lt/25 kg bag) self-levelling fluid consistencies. Small volume doughs can be mixed with a double/triple helicoid whisk equipped with a speed regulator. Install by injection or pouring within 60' 30' of packaging. If the temperature, at the time of application, is between 0 and 5°C, the development of mechanical resistance will be slower. It is recommended, with cold temperatures, to use lukewarm mixing water between 20 ÷ 30°C. If the temperature, at the time of application, is between 30 and 35°C, it is advisable to use low temperature mixing water (5 ÷ 10°C) and to apply the product during the least hot hours of the day (approximately morning or evening). Creation of the sock system Place the sock system inside the hole, making the injection tubes come out. Proceed with mixing the mortar and pumping through the injection pipe until it is completely filled. Use approximately 1,800 kg of Grout Micro Fix for each cubic liter of volume to be filled. Bag 25 kg - Pallet: 50 x (Bag 25 kg)
